How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There are no fees, targets or minimum following. If it does not work for you, you can simply stop sharing your link.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer. The minimum payout is £25 — about 5 orders like the illustration above — and smaller balances roll into the next month rather than disappearing.
What exactly earns commission?
You earn 10% of net product revenue, excluding VAT and delivery. On the £70 illustration above, commission is calculated on £54.17.
How long do I get credit after a click?
30 days. If someone follows your link and buys within that window, the order can be attributed even if they return later.
Do I need people to click a link?
No. Your permanent 10% code attributes the order to you even when the customer did not click first.
How does the paid ads thing work?
Once you are in, the "Boost my posts" page in your dashboard walks you through generating an ad code for a post. Send it over, and if we run it we pay for the reach while the engagement and followers stay with you and the Shop now link still earns you 10%. We will not always have budget for every post, and we email you either way.
Can I see what is working?
Yes. Your dashboard shows clicks, sales and commission by date, and your own tracking ids show which post is pulling its weight.
Do I have to be VAT registered?
No. If you are VAT registered, add the details in your payout settings and we handle the self-billing documents for eligible payments.
What is not allowed?
Do not bid on the Face Gift brand name in paid ads, spam your link, or post codes to voucher and cashback sites. Always make it clear to your audience that you may earn a commission.
