Actually embroidered. Your design is digitised into a stitch file and sewn into the cap in real thread, which is why it has texture you can feel and will not crack, peel or wash out the way a printed cap does.

Because a needle cannot do what a printer can. An embroidery machine sews one solid colour at a time, so gradients, soft shading and hairline detail have to become clean blocks of colour before anything can be stitched. We do that conversion ourselves and show you the result before you order, rather than leaving it to chance at the factory.

Up to six, and each one has to be one of the fifteen thread colours the embroidery machines are loaded with. We pick the closest six for your design automatically — the preview you see is the thread you get.

It should. It is an unstructured six-panel cap with an adjustable strap and a metal buckle, which covers most adult head sizes.

Hand wash in cool water and let it dry in its own shape. Embroidery is hard-wearing, but a hot machine wash will shrink the cotton around the stitching whatever is sewn on it.
