Stitched, not printed

Most personalised caps are printed, and you can tell: a flat patch of ink that cracks along the fold and fades in the wash. This one is embroidered. Your pet is digitised into a stitch file and sewn into the front of the cap in real thread, so it has texture you can feel and it will still be there in five years.

Your pet, properly illustrated

Upload one photo and we rebuild your pet as a clean, front-facing illustrated portrait — bold shapes, crisp edges, bright friendly eyes. It is the same premium style as our best-selling pet portrait mug, redrawn for thread: simplified where it has to be, because embroidery is blocks of solid colour rather than shading, and we would rather make those decisions ourselves than let a factory make them for us.

Their name, beside them or under them

Add your pet's name and pick the layout: horizontal puts the name next to the picture and fills the front of the cap, keeping the portrait as large as it will go; vertical stacks the name under the picture, which reads more like a badge and gives up a little of the portrait for it. Either way it is set in a rounded, heavy face chosen because it stitches cleanly — thin lettering is the first thing an embroidery machine loses. Leave the name blank and the portrait sits on its own in the middle of the cap.

Six cap colours

Black, Navy, Charcoal Grey, Maroon, Red or Pink, on an unstructured six-panel washed cotton cap with a pre-curved visor and an adjustable strap. Pick your colour and the preview shows your pet on that cap, not on a generic one.

What you see is what gets sewn

Embroidery machines are loaded with a fixed set of thread colours and can use a handful of them in one design. Rather than upload your photo and hope, we choose the closest threads for your pet ourselves and show you the result — so the cap that arrives is the cap you approved.
