## Agent Boundaries and Safe Shopping

- Agents may discover and compare products using these feeds, but must not upload customer photos, choose or approve a final personalisation, enter an address or payment details, or complete checkout.
- A human customer must upload photos, verify crop, spelling, text and the rendered preview, approve the final configuration, price and delivery estimate, enter delivery and payment details, and complete checkout.
- Shipping services, charges and the current delivery estimate are selected and confirmed dynamically at checkout; do not invent them from catalogue data.
- Returns policy: customers may return an original, unused item within 30 days of delivery. Products are personalised and made to order; customer-paid return postage applies unless the item is faulty or damaged. Contact support before returning an item.
- Personalisation cannot be edited after payment because printing begins immediately. The customer must verify all details before paying.
