We take great care with packaging. Your personalised mug is wrapped securely and sent in eco-friendly, robust packaging designed to protect it during transit. We use recyclable materials wherever possible because we care about reducing our environmental impact.

Yes! Our mugs are dishwasher safe. However, to keep the colours vibrant for as long as possible, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle and avoiding harsh detergents. Hand washing will always give the longest lifespan to any printed item.

Each mug is made to order and personalised just for you. Production typically takes 1–2 business days, after which your mug is handed to our courier. You'll receive a dispatch notification by email once it's on its way.

For the sharpest print, we recommend uploading a clear, well-lit photo at the highest resolution available. A minimum of 800×800 pixels works well. Blurry or low-resolution images can affect the final print quality, so the better your photo, the better your mug will look.
