Pet Memorial Portrait Print

Your Pet, Painted in Watercolour

Most of the photos we have of a pet were taken on a phone, on the sofa or in the garden, and none of them feels quite good enough to put on the wall. Our pet memorial portrait turns your favourite one into a painting: your dog or cat in soft watercolour, the colour of their coat and every marking kept, with the gentle look in their eyes you remember.

We paint only your pet. The background, the lead, the furniture and anybody else in the photo are left out, and their chest fades softly into a watercolour garland of flowers. Beneath it we set their name in an elegant script, their dates and a few words of remembrance.

Forget-Me-Nots, the Flower of Remembrance

The garland is painted in forget-me-nots unless you choose otherwise, because that is what they mean. You can also choose roses, lavender or English wildflowers, and one of five paper colours: ivory, linen, blush, sage or mist. You see your own painting in the preview before you order.

Words of Remembrance

Choose the line that feels right: forever in our hearts, love leaves memories, until we meet again, left a paw print on our hearts, run free, sweet soul and more. Add the years they were with you, or the full dates.

A Pet Loss Gift to Keep

It is a thoughtful pet loss sympathy gift for a friend whose dog or cat has died, and a keepsake for your own home. Order it as an unframed print, a ready-to-hang framed print or a mounted print, in sizes from 11″ × 14″ up to 24″ × 36″, or on canvas. Every print is made to order in the UK.
