Production & Lead Times
Because every item is made to order with your personalisation, each product type has its own production lead time. Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work straight away. Below are the current estimated despatch times for each product type:

Lead times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or bank holidays. These times represent how quickly we produce and hand your order over to the courier — delivery by the courier typically takes an additional 1–3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your item has been produced and despatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page.
What If My Order Is Late or Lost?
We understand how important it is for your gift to arrive on time. While the vast majority of orders are delivered without any issues, occasionally things can go wrong during transit.
If your order is late or lost in the post:
- Get in touch with us as soon as possible via our Contact page.
- We will investigate the issue with the courier on your behalf.
- We will send a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to receive their gift in perfect condition and on time, and we are happy to make things right if the postal service lets us down.
General Delivery Information
- All physical orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a similar tracked courier service.
- Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been despatched.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
