Q: Is the item refundable?

A: As these cushions are bespoke and made to order for individual customers they are non-refundable except for manufacturing defect.

Q: Where are the products made?

A: In the UK.

Q: What printing method is used for the design onto the bespoke cushions?

A: Dye sublimation printing for high quality reproduction and colour vibrancy.

Q: How do I care for my cushion - how do I clean it?

A: The outer of the cushion can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C and on a 800rpm spin cycle. The inner of your cushion contains polyester fibre so should not be washed.

Q: How will my order be dispatched?

A: We post in tough, tear-resistant mailing bags. We also dispatch locally to reduce carbon emissions. We aim for fast dispatch with orders produced within 5 days. Once your gift has been checked for quality it will be sent with one of our courier partners.

Q: Is there a student discount?
