Yes — every cushion we make is printed on both sides, with the same design front and back. Most personalised cushions are printed on one side only, so they look like a plain cushion the moment somebody plumps them the wrong way round. Ours do not have a wrong way round.

Yes. Your cushion arrives complete with its pad, ready to put straight on the sofa or the bed — there is nothing else to buy. The cover has a hidden zip, so you can take it off to wash it and the pad goes back in afterwards.

The 12" (30cm x 30cm) is the one most people pick: it is the size of a typical scatter cushion and it reads well on an armchair or a bed. The 18" (46cm x 46cm) is a proper sofa cushion and gives a photo or a face much more room. The 22" (56cm x 56cm) is a big floor-or-corner cushion and is the one to choose if the design is the point of the room rather than a detail in it.

A soft spun-polyester cover with a hidden zip, filled with a plush polyester pad. The design is dye-sublimated into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it stays soft to the touch and will not crack, peel or fade the way a pressed vinyl print does.

Yes. Unzip the cover, take the pad out and machine wash the cover cold on a gentle cycle, then let it dry flat. Skip the bleach and do not iron the printed side. The print is in the fibres, so it washes without dulling.

The sharpest, best-lit one you have, with the subject facing the camera. On the face and pet designs we cut the subject out of your photo automatically, and a clear, well-lit subject cuts out far more cleanly than a dark or blurry one. Leave a little room around the head when you crop, and check the preview before you order — what you see there is what gets printed.

Every cushion is printed to order in the UK. Allow around ten days for printing and dispatch, then standard UK delivery on top, so order in good time if it is for a particular date. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

Get in touch as quickly as you can. Nothing is printed the moment you press pay, so if you spot a typo in a name or you have uploaded the wrong photo we can usually swap it before the cushion goes to print. Once it is printed it is yours — it has your photo on it, so we cannot sell it to anybody else.
